Goods may not be returned without prior written authority from MAS Medical Ltd. Should you wish to return or exchange goods already delivered please contact us in writing within seven days of delivery.
Cancellation and amendment to orders requires prior written approval from MAS Medical Ltd and a charge may apply.
Returned goods and cancelled orders are subject to a minimum 20% re-stocking/cancellation charge.
Customised items are non-returnable.
Damages, shortages and discrepancies must be notified in writing within seven days of delivery.
