Reviewer is a self install software package, compatible with Windows XP, Vista & 7. 30 days telephone/internet support is included for installation. (Limited for the free CD version).
Reviewer Software Non-Obsolescence Contract
This contract is an exceptional value for facilities whose staff are familiar with the basics of Windows® operation systems, PACS, DICOM, and PC hardware requiring only E-mail Technical Support.
We require remote access into the Reviewer system(s) under this agreement.
Technical Services team is available 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

Software upgrades – At our discretion, new revisions of functionally equivalent software will be made available at no charge. Limitations to this service are:
- There is a labour charge for upgrading and configuring the new software and possible customer training on the new software. This service will be provided at our standard rates.
- The end-user is responsible for the cost of any hardware and or Operating Systems upgrades that may be necessary to install the Reviewer software upgrade.
- Upon request, for a nominal fee, a CD hardcopy of Reviewer software Edition will be provided.
